Plot purchase and review terms
A payment purchases advertising placement on the selected plot, subject to content review. It does not purchase land, real property, equity or a guaranteed level of traffic.
Exact plot and building
The order records the exact available plot selected at checkout. Building height is derived from the purchased floor package. Cosmetic choices do not change rank unless stated before purchase.
Approval
Payment does not make an advert public automatically. The advert enters manual review. Fixable issues normally receive a reason and a seven-day opportunity to amend and resubmit without paying again.
Rejection and refunds
If an initial advert or advertiser is fundamentally ineligible, the plot is released and the purchase is sent for refund to the original payment method. Processor settlement times may vary. Fraud, chargebacks and serious policy breaches may be handled separately.
Approved edits
Editing an approved advert creates a new review version. The last approved version remains public until the replacement is approved. A rejected edit does not overwrite the live advert.
Availability and results
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, followers, revenue or uninterrupted access. Material platform outages and exceptional cases are handled under the final published refund policy.
