Privacy overview
CreatorBoulevard is the public name of this service. This overview explains the personal data used to operate creator accounts, advertising placements and the public city.
Creator accounts
We store account identifiers, email address, stage name, submitted advert content, moderation history, plot and order records, and creator-facing performance totals.
Visitors
Fans do not need accounts. City visits includes a one-time historical baseline of 22 previously recorded consenting visitors, plus successful loads of the city homepage from the new measurement start date shown on the counter, including repeat visits; it is not a count of unique people or an advert-performance metric. The server increments a single aggregate total without storing visitor IDs, IP addresses, browsing histories, request headers or referrers in this counter. It does not set or read browser cookies or local storage. Obvious bots, preview/testing requests and requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded; filtering is approximate. This basic service-use count helps us understand use of the city. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs under their own policies. The historical baseline represents at least one visit per previously recorded browser, not recovered historical pageviews. Historical coverage is incomplete and the baseline is not added again. Only after optional storage is accepted, we use a random browser token to deduplicate daily building views and outbound clicks and estimate consenting browsers online within 90 seconds. Event records store a one-way hash rather than the raw token. Multiple devices or cleared storage can count separately.
Optional X advertising measurement
Only after you accept optional storage, the public city page can load the X Pixel to measure visits and purchases attributable to our X ads. X receives technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, page address and its cookie or ad-click identifiers, and may associate this with an X account under its own privacy policy at https://x.com/en/privacy. For recent confirmed live Stripe purchases, we send the paid USD amount, currency and an opaque order-based identifier for deduplication. We do not send account emails, phone numbers, uploaded images, creator names, categories, profile views or outbound-link choices to X. We do not enable advanced matching or create remarketing audiences in this integration. Preview sites, private routes and URLs containing authentication or checkout identifiers are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable X measurement. We store up to 200 purchase-event identifiers in creatorboulevard:x-purchases:v1 to avoid repeated reporting; these are removed on withdrawal or consent expiry. Blocking or rejecting X tracking does not prevent browsing or purchases. Browser reporting may miss payments when consent is absent, an ad blocker is used or the payer does not return; Stripe remains the financial source of truth. Reported purchase value is not net profit and does not automatically subtract later refunds.
Service providers
Lovable provides the application hosting environment, Supabase provides database, authentication and file-storage services, and Stripe processes payments. Each provider processes the data needed to deliver its service under its own terms and privacy policy.
Safety and retention
Submitted images remain private until approved. Administrative actions and payment records are retained for safety, dispute and accounting purposes. The final retention schedule and any legally required exceptions must be confirmed before live sales.
