Privacy overview
This overview describes the data the prototype is designed to use. It must be reviewed and completed with the final company details and processors before launch.
Creator accounts
We store account identifiers, email address, stage name, submitted advert content, moderation history, plot and order records, and creator-facing performance totals.
Visitors
Fans do not need accounts. We use a random browser token to deduplicate daily building views and outbound clicks. The event record stores a one-way hash rather than the raw token.
Service providers
Hosting, database, authentication, file storage and payment providers process the minimum data needed to deliver their service. Final provider names and legal bases will be listed before launch.
Safety and retention
Submitted images remain private until approved. Administrative actions and payment records are retained for safety, dispute and accounting purposes. Contact and deletion-request details will be added before public launch.
